With a background in building and years of experience working under a local residential engineering firm, we know the importance of detailed structural design. Pacific Home Source is determined to provide quality, builder friendly plans to life with the clients needs in mind. A good design is the key to saving time and money throughout the building process.

All plans are 3D modeled in the latest version of  Chief Architect.  3D Modeling your new building or addition / remodel can provide great insight and showing you a realistic perspective view of your future build.

Proper planning and detailed construction plans help you to save you time and money when planning your future build. It is our goal to help your building experience a good one and to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Pacific Home Source has been providing residential plans for new homes, garages, remodels and whole house makeovers. We are now part of more than hundred projects per year.

Since becoming established in 2006 we have been increasing our productivity and furthering our knowledge by constantly attending classes through the Master Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders, the NAHB and keeping up with the new building codes implementation. We are now proud to be a part of the Better Business Bureau and look forward to hearing from you regarding your future build.

Gabe & his team helped us design the perfect custom home plans for our family.
