Sustainable Design

Sustainable design is becoming the standard for home builders and owners throughout the world. I am committed to continue to strive toward designing homes that meet the ANSI-approved National Green Building Standard™. Whether it’s a new home, remodel, site development or multifamily project, my goal is to use certified standards to maximize the value and minimize negative environmental impacts of your home. If you’re interested in building for the future, be sure to ask me how.

Premier Structural Insulated Panels

Why we use Premier SIP

SIPs are structurally stronger than standard dimensional lumber (up to 30% stronger).

Premier SIPs create energy efficient structures, regularly saving you up to 60% every month on your utility bills.

Premier SIPs form long walls, roofs and floors with very few gaps. SIPs help preserve the interior air quality of your home, while working to keep harmful pollutants out of your home.

SIPs are made from 100% recyclable materials.

The wood portion of the panel (OSB) is made only from rapidly renewable (fast growing) trees.

OSB is produced in a way that uses almost the entire part of a tree, so very little wood is wasted.

Jobsite framing waste is reduced by up to 60% so you can be confident the framing materials you are selecting are not adding excessive lumber waste to our landfills.
